Babcock University has officially released its resumption itinerary and mandatory arrival guidelines for all newly admitted 100-Level and Direct Entry students for the 2026/2027 academic session. In a circular signed by the Associate Vice President of Communication, Media and Branding, Dr. Johnson B. Akintayo, the institution outlined a staggered resumption timetable, fee payment structures, and strict campus regulations.
Fresh students who have accepted their admission on the JAMB CAPS portal and printed their admission letters are scheduled to report to campus between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily according to their respective schools:

October 12, 2026: Students admitted into the School of Law & Security Studies, School of Engineering, School of Environmental Science, School of Education & Humanities, School of Basic Medical Sciences, School of Science and Technology, and School of Computing.

October 13, 2026: Students under the Veronica Adeleke School of Social Sciences and the School of Allied Health Sciences.

October 14, 2026: Students in the School of Management Sciences, School of Nursing Science, and the remaining cohorts of the School of Basic Medical Sciences.
While most freshers will report to the Main Campus in Ilishan-Remo, Law students are directed to resume at the School of Law & Security Studies located at the Iperu Campus. Upon arrival at their designated campuses, students will undergo room allocation, bed space assignment, medical and psychosocial tests, spiritual care, worship centre allocation, and credential verification at the sports facilities before attending general orientation.
The university administration emphasized that only candidates with verified proof of school fees payment will be granted entry onto campus. Detailed non-refundable acceptance fees have also been pegged at ₦750,000 for Medicine; ₦500,000 for Law and Nursing; and ₦300,000 for all other academic programmes.
In addition, the institution reaffirmed its code of conduct regarding dress code and personal effects. Permitted attire is strictly corporate, requiring suits, shirts, trousers, and ties for male students, while female students must wear shirt-blouses or skirt suits extending at least three inches below the knees. Prohibited items include jeans of any type, female trousers, tight or revealing clothing, jewelry, colored makeup, bushy hair or beards, personal cooking utensils, uncooked food such as instant noodles, and boiling rings.
Incoming students must also ensure absolute consistency in their names and dates of birth across their National Identification Number (NIN), JAMB letters, WAEC/NECO results, and National Population Commission birth certificates or court age declarations, warning that non-compliance will lead to forfeiture of registration. Candidates with foreign credentials such as IGCSE are required to present official evaluation documents from the Federal Ministry of Education. Meanwhile, the final admission process remains underway for the remaining batches of prospective applicants.
