Babcock University management has issued an updated official schedule adjusting the resumption timetable for all newly admitted 100-Level and Direct Entry students, alongside returning undergraduates, for the 2026/2027 academic session. Under the newly revised calendar, arrivals for fresh students will now take place from Sunday, October 18, through Tuesday, October 20, 2026.

Incoming undergraduates who have accepted their admission offers on JAMB CAPS and printed their admission letters are instructed to report to campus between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM according to their respective schools:

  • Sunday, October 18, 2026: School of Law & Security Studies, School of Engineering, School of Environmental Science, School of Education & Humanities, School of Basic Medical Sciences, School of Science and Technology, and School of Computing.

  • Monday, October 19, 2026: Veronica Adeleke School of Social Sciences and School of Allied Health Sciences.

  • Tuesday, October 20, 2026: School of Management Sciences, School of Nursing Science, and School of Basic Medical Sciences.

Returning students across 200 to 600 Levels—including physical resumption for 2027 SIWES students—will resume immediately afterward, from Wednesday, October 21, to Friday, October 23, 2026, following an identical school-by-school arrangement.

While the majority of freshers will report to the Main Campus in Ilishan-Remo, Law students are directed to resume at the School of Law & Security Studies at the Iperu Campus. Across both campuses, arrival clearance includes room and bed-space allocation, medical and psychosocial tests, spiritual care, worship centre assignment, biometric capturing, and verification of credentials before proceeding to the general orientation exercise.

The university administration reaffirmed that all students must complete their online registration before arrival, and only candidates with confirmed proof of school fees payment will be permitted on campus grounds. Non-refundable acceptance fees remain fixed at ₦750,000 for Medicine; ₦500,000 for Law and Nursing; and ₦300,000 for all other academic programmes.

Management also reminded all incoming students to adhere strictly to the university’s corporate dress code and campus regulations. Male students are expected to wear suits, shirts, ties, and formal trousers, while female students must wear shirt blouses or skirt suits extending at least three inches below the knees. Prohibited items include jeans of any style, female trousers, tight or revealing attire, jewelry, colored makeup, bushy hair or beards, cooking utensils, boiling rings, and raw food items such as instant noodles.

Incoming students must also ensure that their names and dates of birth are completely identical across their National Identification Number (NIN), WAEC/NECO results, JAMB admission letters, printed personal record forms, and National Population Commission birth certificates or court age declarations, as any discrepancies will result in registration forfeiture.
