As part of Babcock University's adherence to laid down rules and regulations that are governing the educational sector and its commitment to quality education and national development, the leadership of the University received the management of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) led by the Area Manager in-charge of Ogun State, Mrs. Bolanle Ajibade. Mrs. Ajibade was accompanied by SIWES Directors and coordinators from other institutions of higher learning within Ogun State. and were received by BU's Principal Officers led by the Senior Vice President/ Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academics Administration, Prof Jonathan Nwosu who represented the President/ Vice Chancellor, Prof Afolarin Olutunde Ojewole. The team commended Babcock for supporting the SIWES program and for hosting the 2026 second quarter zonal supervisory meeting of all SIWES participating institutions in Ogun State. The meeting was declared open by the Associate Vice President, Academic Planning, Prof Oludele Awodele, who represented The President/ Vice Chancellor.
