Young Table Tennis talents from across the country converged in Babcock University to make use of the University's olympic standard Table Tennis Hall for preparation towards their upcoming international engagements in the Republic of Ghana and Republic of Guinea.
The young players are mainly Under 19 ‘ping-pongers’ in various categories. They were led by the country’s National Table Tennis Federation (NTTF) President, Dr. Adesoji Tayo. Dr. Tayo thanked the President/ Vice Chancellor of Babcock University, Prof Afolarin Olutunde Ojewole for approving the camping of the team within the University.
Prof Ojewole commended the dexterity of the young talents and urged them to keep on giving their best and aim high as they prepare for the international engagements.
