My journey here started in 2019, I was very curious because I didn't know what the walls of university look like. Babcock University gave me the opportunity to work and study. It was a very good experience, I was able to adapt. “To educate a man without God is to educate an intelligent devil”. That quote from the VC on my matric transformed me and made me who I am today. Having God by my side help me greatly in my course of study. This academic environment also taught me patience especially during COVID 19 that the university didn't go on strike. Babcock helped me achieve my childhood dream of being a graduate through BCED. Thank you Babcock for building future leaders with their core values. Babcock environment is also shaped to enhance growth.
Coming to Babcock is quite an experience for me, the environment and people influenced me positively. As a working class student it was challenging and rewarding. Thank God for the grace to finish strong. I was married and got the support needed throughout the struggle to conceive. I am grateful to Babcock and BCED, it’s a place where minds are shifted if you allow it influence you positively. I am thankful to celebrate after a long 6years. I graduated through BCED and it's a wonderful place to be. I’m thankful to my husband as well.
I was going to join the defense academy but eventually came to Babcock. I thank God for not just finishing as a student but also finishing as the best graduating student in my department and vice president for part-time students. Babcock has helped me learn innovation and creativity as a leader. Age is just a number, don't feel too old to come to school. BCED is open to whoever wants to come. My appreciation goes to my parents for their support as well.
Babcock has helped me to be a better version of myself. I wasn't speaking English when I arrived, I learnt English in 2 semesters. Coming from a polytechnic, I was able expand my knowledge more in the field of accounting. Babcock helped me grow spiritually, academically, and socially. Babcock helped me to be tolerant, patient, and relate with people better.
My experience here has been amazing, spiritually Babcock taught me to put God first. Classes start with prayer first and also ends with prayer. Academically I've also grown, my course of study has helped me interact with people from diverse places. No discrimination. I've also learnt how to stand different and unique.
My experience was been challenging but got better through different platform and programs for improvement. We were taught to go for excellence. Coming to Babcock has been great and amazing.
At first it was strange but after experiencing love from everyone, I eventually loved Babcock. With education, marriage, different culture. Babcock is accommodating, thank you Babcock.
Babcock University was a great place to be. It brought a lot of opportunities to me in all aspects.
The Journey was stressful, challenging, and frustrating but it was worth it in the end and I am glad I scaled through!
Babcock is a strong faith based institution that helps in spiritual growth and made me draw closer to God.
