Starting as a Copywriter and Account Manager, Tayo quickly grew into a digital force in Africa's advertising landscape. From managing campaigns for Coca-Cola and Airtel to training entrepreneurs and company leaders in digital marketing, Tayo carved out a niche as a strategic thinker and digital marketing expert—training professionals, influencing trends, and mentoring the next generation of marketers.
Tayo transitioned from agency life to the world of global brand management at Beiersdorf where she was Digital Marketing Manager for Central, East & West Africa, Global Brand Communications Lead, and currently, Global Brand Manager for the NIVEA Skin of Color Hub where she champions inclusive innovation—shaping product portfolios and global strategy to ensure that consumers of color are not just seen, but celebrated.
Armed with an MA in Strategic Marketing Communications from the University of Greenwich and a suite of global certifications from INSEAD, Facebook, and Google, Tayo is proof that professional growth isn’t just about titles—it’s about building blocks. She combines formal expertise with lived experience as the co-founder of Digital Marketing Meet-Up Platform, a knowledge-sharing platform that cultivates mentorship and community in the digital marketing space.
